JT9 mode

Post by WD9INA »

I am using LOG4OM version 1.16.0.0.

Every once in a while the mode notation will not show up in the log for JT9. I have tried to enter it but there is no JT9 in the mode list and I have tried to find other ways to edit the field but nothing works. All I have is a blank mode column in the LOG4OM log.

My log entries with this mode deletion will not confirm on LoTW.

I have about 10 entries that need to be edited. Any help would be appreciated.

Options

First configuration tab

Select expert mode check box

Click "Modes"

Add the mode that you need

Restart Log4om

The mode will now be in the mode list so you can edit the ten QSO's

HOWEVER YOU NEED TO UPDATE TO LOG4OM 1.19 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Thanks, that worked.
I have been thinking of putting in the new version but am not really clear on how to save the log data so I can put it back into the new version. Will I do this by saving it to a Adif file and then reloading it into the new version?
Computer work is not a strong suit.

Remove the old version before installing the new version

Make an ADIF backup for security

All of your settings and log should be preserved when you install the update
