Log4OM

Hi All

My PC powered off last night after I shut down Log4OM, I turned the power off by accident,

Today when I go to start Log4OM I get the configuration screen as a new user, my setup is not in the drop down list,

If I enter my call and locator as a minimum and click save none of my qso's are in the log,

How can I restore the log ???

Happy New Year!
You should have a backup log located where you told Log4OM to store it. It will be a ADIF file. Find it and then import it.

I found my SQL lite database but I want to get the config file back too, would that be stored somewhere as well,

The config backup is stored with the ADIF backup and will have the same date, see screen shot

The normal location for backups is C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\LogOM\Backup

Rename the file config.xml and copy it to your config folder letting it overwrite the new config that has been placed there

Thanks had to step a few days back to get it working but all seems ok again,

HELP MENU -> OPEN CONFIG FOLDER...
just in case you have a portable version or hardly redirected your config folder tampering the application.config file
