Verified Number Incorrect for 160M

This is a problem that I probably caused but don't know how to fix it. For 160M I have one country that shows up BLUE, credit granted and I can not make it GREEN so it will not show up in my verified list for 160M. I have played with the different values for "received" for both qsl and lotw. It is awarded in lotw. How do I fix this?

I now see what caused it. This morning I noticed I had received one more challenge credit in LOTW. It had been at 1603 and now showed 1604. Log4OM showed it as 1603 as well. So I did an LOTW down load. After that download my count dropped to 1601. Should have gone up from 1603 to 1604. After doing some checking I now have 3 entries the were "V" that are now "G". What would cause this and how do I correct it?

In the Edit QSO window, go to the award tab. You'll notice the check boxes for both submitted and credited. Check or uncheck as needed. Log4OM checks the boxes that show up from a LOTW download.
