Hello Terry: My previous problem with controlling the K3 with omnirig was, as I previously posted, solved. However, when I double left click on a spot in the super cluster, for example, the K3 immediately QSYs to the appropriate band and frequency, and for a brief second or two I can hear the station, but just as quickly the audio connection is gone to be replaced by nothing. Other times I don't even get a brief connection, just the K3 still in TX mode plus no audio. I don't know if it some setting in Log40m, the K3 misbehaving. What do you think?

Re: omnirig
Bill,
The double click on a spot function only sends the frequency and mode command to the radio, nothing else and there is not a log4om setting to cause the tx change
My thoughts are
1. a K3 Problem, maybe a menu setting?
2. Possible malware or virus infection on your computer
Have you tried a factory reset of the K3?

Re: omnirig
Terry: I contacted Elecraft support and laid out the problem for them. They opted for some additional research on their part and will get back to me.
There is an unrelated issue I am trying to resolve, but with no success. I have evidently setup a wrong sqlite path and it is interferring with the proper function of jt65 Alert. I don't want to be too aggressive in my efforts, because I want to avoid upsetting things altogether. Can you help me in the correct steps necessary to safely change the path in the program?

Bill,
Just change the path in JT65 Alert, you can see the correct path at the bottom right hand corner of the Log4om window
