Memorizing data on QSY

Post by PB4FUN »

Suppose I hear a station call on 144.295 and fill in the call and Locator (and maybe some other fields) and I decide to QSY because it is not strong enough to be worked (or cannot hear me).
I hear another station on 144.278 and fill in the data and the same problem occurs so I try to hear what can be heard more on that band.
Than I get back to 144.295 and the station I heard previously is still there, but much louder so I might be able to work it.
Oh, what was the call and the Locator....

If the program could notify me it stored that data and on a single click on a button it would fill in that again that would be very handy.
Something that could be compared to what N1MM logger has but with just that little extra.
