New Callsign, no access to QRZ.com

I have just upgraded so now have a new callsign.
When I enter in a new QSO in Log4OM there is no QRZ access to bring up the other calls details.
In QRZ they changed my call but I have the same login & I checked the API & that is the same as before.
Is this a Log4OM or QRZ problem?

In the Log4om options/settings 1 have you changed your call to your new call?
