I do have worked E30FB on 40m SSB and got it confirmed by QSL card.
But his call still shows RED in the cluster when spotted on 40m SSB.
How come?

You probably have a highlight incorrectly checked in the highlights pane at left of cluster window

I found out that it is the same issue as I mentioned in the topic "DXCC status".
I did sent you an e-mail (from qrz.com) with screenshots.
When that issue is solved, I'm pretty sure this one is as well.
