Tuner reminder

Hi, I love the idea of the tuner reminder - is there any way to get it to stay on top of the Log4om window? every time I move my mouse off of it in Windows 10, it disappears.

You don't even need the window open because the tuner values are displayed in the top bar of the main window along with the solar data.

The values displayed thus will change and update as you change frequency
