LOTW upload

Is there a new procedure for uploading calls to LOTW? I realized that I have been sending the same calls from various nets etc to LOTW.
Probably hundreds of the same calls over and over.
I went to page 93 of the User Guide and found that the " use fields as search parameters" box is no longer there. At one time I would click on that item and then clk on Search, then unclk the search parameters.
How do I select only the calls from the list that I want to send to LOTW? Not able to highlight. New Procedure since 02/02/2015 ??

One of two ways:
1) If all in a string of QSOs, select them and upload them

2) if not all are together, set the QSL Sent status to "Q" for queued and the upload them (will only upload the Q status).
