Log4OM

Hello ,
I just updated LOG4OM to last version (1.14.0.0) and PST rotator , already configured ,was not able to work , no more.
I didn't change any configurations by previous version of LOG4OM and also into PSTrotator.
UDP Ports are open correctly (12040) , in both program.....
Anybody can help me?

Have you got the program and communicator running with administrator privileges?

See page 18 of the user guide.

You need to have set administrator privileges for both LogOMUI.exe and Log4OmCommunicator.exe

Hello and thanks for your suggestions.
I have WINDOWS XP as system and ther is not any administrator privilege into tab like you suggested.

Any furher helps?

Hi Roberto.
Uninstall the program and then right click on the install.exe select run as administrator, when the install is finished the program should install and then run as an administrator.

Sorry but system also ask me Passowrd in case of entering as Administrator.
I didn't set this password , newer.

Any suggestions?

Further info Terry,
By checking my system , It seems that I already registred and set like ADMINISTRATOR.
Matter is quite complicate.....

Yes it was a bug and Daniele has fixed it.

Please download the 1.14 release again, this has the update!

Uninstall Log4OM

Install the fresh download

All should now work OK, please let me know how you get on.
