Seems like when I installed the program this was automatic, like when I clicked on a cluster it auto populated the browser to go to QRZ.com and show the lookup? Now the only way it works is me having to click the lookup button in picture. How would one make this work automatically?

Number one: We prefer to use call signs and your name please as it helps us to help you. We then know where you located. Thanks.
Second: clicking on a cluster spot never caused the web tab to be populated until you clicked on the Lookup button.

1. If I had known that the preferred method was callsigns for user name I would have done that, sorry. I have tried to change it and it does not seem to be an item you can change.
2. Thanks for the quick response and maybe I was just thinking it did.
3.It would be awesome if you could make that be a automatic feature. I would guess everyone would benefit.
Thanks so much for being very prompt in helping me out. I put callsign in sig.
