Update to DXCC Country List

After merging my old paper logs into Log4OM I discovered that "XT" (XT2AF) Upper Volta is not in the lookup list.

Uper Volta changed its name on August 4, 1984, from the Upper Volta to Burkina Faso. DXCC recognizes Upper Volta contacts prior to Aug 4, 84, so shouldn't it be on the list?

Yes, it is recognized as Burkina Faso. When the country changes name, so does DXCC.

No changes are needed to the DXCC Country file.

Update your QSO to reflect the name change.
