Statistics and awards in new release not working

Since I downloaded Ver 1.25 nothing comes up in the statistics and awards under utilities tab. Any ideas>

Are you connected to your logbook DB?

Bottom right hand should show the file path.

don´t think that this error has something to do with the DB connection. I reported the same issue while testing the latest Beta versions. I think is was resolved but a few minutes ago i have the same error back here ...... If you will open Stats & Awards Log4OM gives me a "Not correspondig" message behind the solar data info. If this message is gone i can do a second click on the menu item and the window pops up ......

We have tried to find out what´s going wrong but all Logs i´ve send to Lele and Terry are o.K. ....... No idea here what´s going wrong ....

This is most likely a local issue but have you tried the portable version?

Download and unzip it

Before you run it copy all of your files from the original C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\LogOM folder to the config folder of the portable version and let them overwrite the portable ones

yes, i think also that this must be a local issue when i was the only one of the test team which has this issue. But i wonder that here´s a guy with the same problem ..... Maybe hardware related or a problem with another software on the PC, i don´t no ...

I don´t use the Stats & Awards verry often and for me it´s not a problem when i have to try 2 times but will test the portable version in the next day´s .... But not to much time until the next weekend

But the Threadopener can check too how this is working for him .... Maybe it helps ....

I reverted back to version 1.24 and everything is working again. I don't know what the difference is but I couldn't get 1.25 to load this section.

I just upgraded to 1.26 and I was having the problem before I upgraded (not sure what version it was) and still having problems. The database is connected according to the green light in the lower right and a path to the database.

I have not been in the program for about 3 months and I don't know if that makes any difference.

I turned on the Trace function and I got a popup "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

I have also tried running as an admin. Same problem.

The support request in the software does not actually send a support request. It only makes a ZIP file.

Statistics and awards won't open for me either. Simply no response at all. Tried V1.26 portable, V1.27 portable.
I'm a newbie user, Stats and Awards feature is the main reason for trying it.
