LOTW Download RCVD since ??

If I am downloading from LOTW, using the QSL Management function. When I click the Download Arrow, there is a box that says "QSL Recvd since" . Which is the date of last time I downloaded from LOTW ( I am assuming).

My question is, If I accept that date, will I get confirmed QSL's that occurred only on or after that date?? or will I get ANY confirmations recently received, regardless of the date of the QSO -- for instance, one that occurred two years ago but was just confirmed??
