log40m does not see ic7300

I have a new icom 7300 and trying to connect to my computer. running win 10 can someone help please

1. Download and install Omnirig
2. Select Omnirig in the Log4OM options CAT/Cluster tab
3. Select the 7300 in the Omnirig settings dialog and match the com port and baud rate to that of your radio
4. Turn on radio and restart Log4OM

On your Omni-Rig Settings screen set the Poll Int. to 100 ms.
This would be for Rig 1 assuming your have your Icom noted for Rig 1.
