Hi All,

I have been using v.1.27 for some time now without problems. However, when I first open the program I get a message that says "not connected" as the screen shot shows. The frequency indicates what my KX3 is set at. I am not sure what that means???? I then open winkeyer and everything appears to be working fine. Any ideas what the issue is??? Apologies if it is in the manual and I missed it.

It means the cluster your attempting to connect too is either down or your internet connection is down. Try another cluster and it will probably connect.

Just as an FYI, I too get this when I'm connected to VE7CC cluster and I'm sure it's when my internet connection burps at home. No big deal I just reconnect to the cluster and all is good also I think you can check the box "keep alive" and that might help.
