Looking at LOG4OM as a replacement for HRD but I don't see where there are any user defined fields to collect non award info like ten-ten numbers, OMISS numbers, etc., etc. Are there any fields available for users to use that are not ADIF related.

There are program specific fields but none that can be user defined other than awards.
However there is a Ten Ten field together with SKCC, Fists & Fists CC fields in the QSO F3 (Club and other awards) tab plus contest in the F4 Contests tab
You could of course use our net facility to create an OMISS net for recording members of that society/award or add it as a contest item
