Date column completely blank

The entire date column suddenly

has gone blank - 'Recent QSO (F8)'. I have tried closing Log4OM down and restarting, rebooting the computer, uploading (reinstalling) an ADIF file, updating Log4OM to the new version, and uploading (reinstalling) the Database. Still no dates at all - the other columns [QSO start time, callsign, etc] are OK. The ADIF is not corrupted as I tried uploading it to eQSL and the dates and all other info was good.

How do I get the dates back?
Thanks, Steve ZL2KE
FWIW - There are over 6,500 QSOs.

Steve,
That's very odd and not a thing we have had before!
1. Enable 'Trace mode' in Help/Debug mode
2. Refresh the F8 window by using the 'Refresh' button at the bottom of the F8 window
3. Send me a 'Bug report' Help/Bug report, please be sure to check the box that says 'Include ADIF Backup' indicated in the screen shot below and include it with your report.

Terry - Thanks for the instructions of how to do a Bug Report. I have emailed the resulting zip file to you. Hopefully it is a simple fix.
If I click on any one QSO and choose Edit, the date appears in the Edit box, but still nothing in the QSO date column.

Many thanks to Terry G4POP for solving this Date Column problem for me. It was no fault of Log4OM.
Since I wanted to see 'seconds" displayed in the taskbar of my Win10 pc, I installed a little program [7+ Taskbar Tweaker] and after the seconds were displayed I fiddled with the Win10 date settings so that I could see the day of the week - while removing the year (sometimes I need to check what day it is but I never forget what year it is).
Log4OM uses Windows date settings and since I altered the default standard format, the date column went blank.
All fixed now
By the way, I listen to JT65 signals to indicate band openings - at the top of every minute all stations stop transmitting for 10 seconds so I need to see the exact time.

Steve,
Dimension 4 keeps your PC's clock accurate for WSPR, JT65, JT9:

Installed it several years ago and it's working great.

Markus, thanks but I already have an app that keeps my PC clock accurate. Windows 10 does not display seconds in the taskbar time - that is why I added an app that would allow the seconds to be displayed.
