CAT connection to yaesu FT 747GX

Hello and good evening,
I installed the last version of Log4OM and I am very pleased with all the capabilities of this software . I have only one problem. The Cat connection doesn't work. I am running and old Yaesu FT 747GX transceiver which I tried to connect with both possibilities:
With Omnirig and the settings for my equipment :
Rig type : FT 747GX
Port : Com5 ( which is recognized )
Baud rate : 4800
Data bits : 8
Parity : none
Stop bits :2
RTS and DTS: low
Poll int. : 2000ms
Timeout: 4000ms
CAT opens at program start but the CAT status light stays red.
So I tried with Hamlib.
When I open the CAT Management window:
Hamlib launched is green and Cat status is red.
The parameter string is :
--model=105 --rig-file=COM5 --serial-speed=4800 --port=4532 --set-conf=stop_bits=2 -v
But I noticed , When the TCP connection is disconnected, Cat status becomes green and I'am able to change the frequencies on my rig.But it lasts only a few seconds before the TCP connects automaticaly and the Cat status turns red....
What am I doing wrong ? and what is this TCP connection for ( ADDRESS localhost. Port 4532.Polling delay: 100ms ) ?
I have to say that the interface cable I'm using works perfectly with Commander which is unfortunately not supported by Log4OM. My Laptop is running under windows Vista.
Any suggestions very appreciated.
