Just installed update. Initial observation/tests with freq and delay options for Elecraft appear to be working like a charm. Testing with OmniRig talking to my K3.

Tnx much Lele, Terry and all on development group.

I think Lele means the Map in the F7 Window which shows yor QTH and the QTH
of the station you fill in to the Callsign field. The line between those 2 point shows
the exact route between both stations and not only a simple point to point line.

;) ;)

Something wrong is with the label printing for FT8 mode :? . No RST and mode is visible on the label.

Hi SP9UNX (a name in the signature would be useful),

have you changed the modes in one of the last versions of Log4OM ??
If yes you may have a mode_user.xml and a rts_user xml. Those will be
not changed after an update from 1 version to the next.

Please try to copy the 2 Files in the ZIP archive in this german language
thread here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2941
It´s the 2nd post with the FT8 Updat.zip.

Unpach the zip file and copy the 2 files to your Log4OM configuration folder.
After a restart try again and and report here. B.t.w. i can´t check this out so
i don´t use label printing ... I fill out my QSL by the good old manual way :D :D

I have just upgraded to 1.29 but notice that FT-8 doesn't appear in my mode drop down box of options.

Read Juergen's post above, Log4OM is defaulting to your user file which we don't modify when we update the software because you have changed it to your specific requirements.

There are many threads in this forum about FT8 with full explanations of what to do

check if you have a modelist_user.csv file or a rstmode_user.csv

In that case, delete them, they're probably outdated and they have precedence on main official files, now updated.
