RTTY QSO not showing as Digital Award?

I have a QSO that is not showing up under the "Award View" if I select "Predefined config" Mixed or Digital yet it shows up if I do not pick a "Predefined config" (leave it blank). It is on 15M yet is doesn't show if I select "Predefined config" 15M either. In fact I don't see it with any "Predefined config" selected.
