I uploaded a small adif from N1MM this weekend, updated the bio which nicely populated the grid ref.....but the distance stays as 0. Is this correct?

N1MM does not calculate distance so zero is correct

We should probably add a calculation to do that, will put it on Mantis

Hi Rob,

can you check that your grid is also updated if you do refreshed the bio ? The field is called "My Grid Square".
If this is empty Log4OM can´t calculate the distance so both grids are needed ...

;) ;)

correct, the reference is blank.

the station details have been filled in during initial config.....but on the edit QSO page, most details have not transferred (including grid ref, op callsign, address details etc)

What you can try at the moment is to use a filter in QSOMgr which showing you all contacts with an empty
"My Grid Square" field. Filter is "MyGridSquare " "SMALLER" "AA00AA" and hit the + icon. Now all your contacts
will be listed which have an empty "My Grid Square". Now you can select the contacts you like to bulk editing
and give them your original Grid.

If done so and V2 has been updated all contacts which including both locators should show a calcilated
distance (i hope).

Was only an idea .... By the way, have you restarted V2 after the bulk update ? Or used the refresh button ?

:?:

B.t.w. i don´t work with N1MM so i can´t test on my side for this.

Not a problem but we´ll try to find out anything ..... ;) ;)

A last try, can you do another manual lookup for one of those N1MM contacts which provides
now your own locator ? Only a test ... ;) ;)
