Searching the Forums

Is there a way to search for multi word phrases? For example, I'm trying o understand what the "Spot Mode" is. I've tried searching for: +spot+mode, spot+mode, "spot mode" but I always get a message that says something like "The words spot and mode are too common to search for"

Will do a better job than the site search. Typical to forum searches.
