Hi
following the installation of the last version, a message is displayed during the execution of the program.
Something goes wrong during Log4OM startup sequence. Probably a missing file in configuration folder.
Check application log.
The message is displayed since the update. (2.4.0.0 to 2.5.0.0)
I created the file for support. (Generate support request)
What email address should I send the report to

For information:
Operating system: Windows 10 1909
DOTNET 4.8 (Version 4.7.2 is not available for the 1909!)
All internet communications seem to be not working. (QRZ, QRZCQ link while the passwords are correct.)

I would download it again from the server, reboot and try it again.

I performed the following operation:
- uninstalling the application
- restart the computer
- download of version 2.5.0.0 from the log4Om site
- deleted C:\Users\Christian\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2
- application installation (fresh installation)
- computer restart
-program execution
I still have the message that appears when loading the program.

for information, I downloaded and launch the portable version.
It works and does not display the message at startup.

It would really help if you posted a screenshot of the message here, we don't have a clue what it says otherwise!

Hi,

I read the RTFM documentation
Used to the portable version, I did not launch the application with administrator privileges.
If you are running as an administrator the application no longer displays the message.

Sorry.

Too bad for this limitation.
However, I installed the program outside the Files program directly at the root of C: \
I apply this method to all the amateur radio programs that I use without encountering problems.

For information.
When copying the contents of the portable version's config folder to the C: \ Users \ Christian \ AppData \ Roaming \ Log4OM2 folder, the message does not appear.
