New country forums

I'm pleased to announce that we've open some new Language-specific forums to provide a better support also for users that are not skilled with english Language (like me )

Those forums are available in the "Country (LANGUAGE) Forum" section of this forum here http://www.pisto.it/forum/viewforum.php?f=20

Forums open are in German and Italian, forum moderator for German area is Juergen DF5WW and me for the Italian one.
And other "global moderators" too, obviously.
