this is not exactly how how QSL updates are set out in the manual, so this may, or may not be an error however, to me, it sure seems like it is because it should work... here we go
I receive a bunch of QSL cards.. I type the callsign in to the main screen callsign box and up come all the contacts in the 'View / worked before' window.. I look down the list in that window and double click on the relevant entry which opens the 'Edit QSO' window and I then click the 'QSL Info' tab. I select 'QSL' in the Manage Conformation box, change the Rcvd dropdown to 'Yes' click the box on the date and set the correct info in the Via box and then click the green arrow (save and exit).... All this and sadly, the information is NOT saved at all.
I did 50 or so QSL's this way before discovering that it was not saving... I then asked VK7AC to do the same procedure and he tells me that now that I point it out, this method does not save for him either... in fact, he is quite upset because he has been using this method for a while and has a large number of cards that he now has to re-enter.
Should this method work ??? and if not, why not ???

Work´s fine for me but before you hit the green arrow you have to save the changed information with the Diskette symbol ....VK7XX wrote: 06 Jun 2020, 04:33 I look down the list in that window and double click on the relevant entry which opens the 'Edit QSO' window and I then click the 'QSL Info' tab. Re: QSL Updates not being saved
I know this, although I didn't mention it by name, please see line 1 of what I wrote.
Also, if the ability to "edit" a QSL and supposedly mark it as received is there, as per the steps I have outlined, why does it not work ???
<added by edit>
got the info about the save then save again from Juergen... will try that later
