I've only just started using Log4OM and so far i'm impressed
I use e-QSL for QSL management but am unsure what method others use to keep received QSL's up to date?
I see there is the download since "Last Download" option but what happens if a user is later responding and one comes in at a date before my "Last Download" ?? I often get an email that user has left a QSL at a date some weeks past.
Do your first download with a start date before you were licenced, that will download everything up to and including today
After that using the last download facility should work fine but if you are worried about missing something you can select a download date of your choice
I have puzzled over this, too. Do eQSL and LoTW have a QSL received date field the download request searches when “ since last download” is used? Or, is Log4OM2 searching only for QSOs made since the last download?

My guess is LOG4OM is holding the date last requested as its reference point, seems to make sense i think.
Qso's are often years old before being submitted to EQSL but it's the date they were submitted that is used
So my QSO made in 1988 with you is submitted today 21st August 2020
When we interrogated EQSL on 20th August 2020 those QSO'S were not there
But when we interrogate EQSL today all of those 1988 Qso's are downloaded and matched with your log
So received since 20th August 2020 downloads all confirmations received after that date even though the Qso's were made in 1988 because they were received on or after the received since date.
All other Qso's received before 20th August 2020 were downloaded when you did a massive download from a date before you were granted a licence.
As an example my great friend Martin G3RFX died a couple of years ago and had never used EQSL or LOTW but some years after his death all of his old QSO'S including those he made from Gibralter which was his second home and the dxpeditions he went on were uploaded by a friend. So suddenly hundreds of confirmations for Qso's I had with Martin were confirmed when I did a routine download with a received since date of the week before.

When I do a download of eqsl's using the QSL management page, the report shows a qsl received but this isn't updated on my Recent QSOs page. I have had to manually update this list. The list does update automatically when esl's are sent out by the system but I can't seem to get the same to work for QSLs received.
