Log4Om adif file

I want to export the log4om adif file to eQsl and QRZ. Where do I find the adif file? Where is it located?

Please read our user guide 're exporting an ADIF file and a much easier way to upload to EQSL, QRZ, Clublog etc using them QSL manager
