Cluster alerts

Hi
I don't understand how to configure the alerts so I only get the sound (which works) for new countries, and specif callsigns.
Right now, about every spot has the gingle play... VERY annoying !

I have played with that, but have not found the solution yet on having the alram only for needed ones or specific acllsigns, not every time a spot comes in.
