In Log4OM version 2.10.0.0, no award refs are being set for log entries made using N1MM+logger. This problem was first noticed during the ARRL November 2020 SSB Sweepstakes, but I can reproduce the problem at any time -- 100% reproducible -- fails on every entry. Direct log entries in Log4OM, and log entries passed from WSJT-X are working fine.
After the contest, I was able to force award refs to update through a manual, somewhat tedious, process of opening for update and then saving each log entry in Log4OM made during the contest. For me, this was a relatively small problem because I only had 70 entries made during the contest, but for someone with hundreds or thousands of entries, this could be huge task.
I did not notice this problem in prior versions of Log4OM.

How are the QSO'S coming into log4om
By ADIF import or what?

Through UDP connection, as follows:
[UDP_INBOUND] [N1MM_MESSAGE] [12060] N1MM+
Note that other information related to the log entry appears to be correct in Log4OM.
Thanks for responding so quickly.

Thanks. By v2, do you mean v2.0.0.0 as differentiated from v2.10.0.0? I am experiencing the problem using v2.10.0.0

Re: log entries made using n1mm+logger do not create award refs
I'm participating in the CQWWCW contest. Pleasant surprise: just now I checked my log in Log4OM, and discovered that the award refs for QSO's logged in N1MM+Logger are are now being updated just fine in Log4OM. I didn't install any updates to Log4OM. Two days ago, after renewing my XML subscription in QRZ.com, I ran a test to see if the award refs problem was fixed by renewing my XML subscription; but I found that the award refs problem still existed. Then yesterday I installed the most recent update to N1MM+Logger before the start of the CQ contest, and today everything seems to be working fine. So I can only guess that the N1MM+Logger update fixed the problem with award refs not being set in Log4OM that I reported to you. Is it possible that N1MM+Logger was not passing some important piece of information in the UDP connection to Log4OM, thus preventing Log4OM from updating the award refs?
I hope this note reaches you before you spend too much time trying to figure out what was wrong.
