Dup QSO's logged after JTDX setup; my mistake

Post by k4em »

I switched to JTDX yesterday and followed the instruction's in Log4OM manual, 20210119. I then followed page 195, High Lighted in Blue instructions. Then I followed pages 199 - 202 for JTDX setup. After setup I was now getting 2 QSO's logged in log4OM. After going through the instructions several times, this is the mistake I made.
On page 201, top, under the RED (Primary UDP Server) area, the manual shows 2 lines of info. There are actually 3 lines of INFO. The top line is missing from the manual.
Enable sending logged QSO ADIF data, in my JTDX version this was checked, unchecking this solved my problem.
Also below that it states to Disable ADIF_Monitoring in Log4OM, which I had already verified.

Yes, I am using JTAlert. I guess my point was, that setting may be easily overlooked. At least for me it was.
