New Version, I'm lost
New Version, I'm lost
I uninstalled the older version and installed the latest version. Now I am lost. Seems I need to be connected. I cannot figure it out.

You have not provided any data with respect to which version of Log4OM you are using.
Are you still using V1 of Log4OM or the most current release of Log4OM V2? When installing an update to Log4OM v2 your do not have to uninstall anything so that tells me you have not likely reviewed the User Guide or properly set up Log4OM V2.
Below is a link to a post that Terry recently submitted that lists the steps an OM should take and also list the things that you need to provide us so that we can attempt to help you out and figure out what is working or not working.
Pls do not take offense to Terry's first comments as I'm not suggesting that at all with your post ... what I am suggesting is that you need to provide us a lot more data of your issues.
Go there first and then update your post and we will be more than glad to try and help you out.

You probably have not created a new database for version 2, that is normally why you see a 'Not connected' warningK5XOM wrote: 15 Feb 2021, 01:06 I uninstalled the older version and installed the latest version. Now I am lost. Seems I need to be connected. I cannot figure it out.
You need to create a new database from the File menu by selecting 'Open/New Database' once that is done import the ADIF file that you saved from Log4OM version 1.
You did follow the V2 user guide instructions and created an ADIF file from Version 1 in ADIF 3 format didnt you?
