Rules for Alerts map and/or file?

I have a question about rule(s) for Alerts and how they are stored.
If i make a rule in in the Alert section i have to safe it to be "activated'.
My question: Is a rule saved in a specific map or file?
If yes, where can i find this map or file and can i transfer this "rule list"
to Log4OM on another computer?

They are saved in the user config.json file which is the file that you copy when replicating Log4OM set up on another PC
