UDP is Grayed out

Trying to set up UDP Inbound connection with Grid Tracker, unable to do so as under Software Integration/Connections the push button UDP is grayed out.
How do I get to get it released for use? Been all over the manual/internet trying to find out what I need to change, no joy.
Log4OM is Ver 2.11.0.0

There is not a push button apart from the Add/Plus Green cross (+)

You do as the user guide says and enter a port number, connection name, service type and then click the Add/Plus Green cross (+) to add it to the active UDP outbound connections box below
