Specifically, what information does the Cluster display use to determine Emission Type, Modulation, and Spot Mode? If a person enters a spot using DXHeat for instance you are entering a Call and a Frequency. The Log4om cluster display for this spot will show an Emission Type and Modulation. How did Log4om decide on the Emission Type and Modulation when that was not included in the submitted spot?
Is the "logic" for this decision user editable and if so how?
Thank for any reply in advance.

It is derived from the bandplans and also from the notes field in the case of things like FT8

The one appropriate to your region (1,2 or 3) or your DXCC number
Yes you can edit with a text editor
To avoid the file being overwritten on next update insert under score user like bandplan_r1_ user.xml
