Issue when saving QSO

Hi,For some reason A few times when I tried saving the qso by clicking on the plus sign in the top right hand side,The qso hasn't been showing up in the Main QSO page.One time I saved a qso about 4 times then later I finally saw them after about 5 mintues.I tried refreshing the screen but that hasn't helped.I close the program then reopen it and it seems to help.Any suggestions?

something slowing the save action like anti virus, firewalls, malware program or a virus/malware slow PC etc etc etc
