cluster.xml not loaded at start

Greetings.


OS Windows 8.1 64bit updated to date, Log4OM2 v2.11
and every single piece of other software installed afresh.

Never before noticed this weird behavior!
Cluster: "Known servers" list is totally empty
despite of presence of cluster.xml file in proper location!
Attempt to "Update cluster list" doesn't load anything.
Adding and saving cluster manually works O.K.


Wonder if anyone came across similar issue.

You have set the wrong selection in the config, it should be 'show stable clusters'
