Refresh connection

Occasionally, log4om will display offline, usually after I make a manual change with my radio. When this happens I close log4om and restart it, and all is well. Is there a menu function to "reset" my radio connection rather than doing the open/close dance?

Have you unlinked the usb cat from the acc in the 7300 menu?
Did you instal the genuine Icom USB Drivers before connecting the radio to the pc?
Are any other programs running at the same time like wsjt, cwskimmer etc?

By manual changes I mean switching from CW mode to USB-D.
CI-V USB Port is unlinked from REMOTE.
Drivers, yes. Radio works fine for all modes.
Other programs running, no. I close WSJT-X before changing to CW mode.

And it only goes off line when you change from CW to USB-D? Not other mode changes?
Try downloading a fresh rig list from Omnirig in case your rig.ini file is corrupt

I pinned down the sequence that forces log4om offline. It's when you unload the 7300's FT8 preset from memory. I did this when I was swapping back and forth between USB-D and CW modes. Happens every time.
I did replace the Omnirig 7300 ini files btw. So, there's no reset function?

No there is no reset function
So you were running WSJT or similar are you running Log4OM, Omnirig and WSJT to 'Run as an administrator'?
