Slow offline log entry

Delay in each keystroke. Internet search disconnected (forced) but it still searches. 5 lookup attempts per entry
I'm logging to Google drive and wonder if that is ill advised. It is handy, allowing two computers to access the common file.

I'm thinking this is not the logging program for fast contest logging.

Bo,

Pls provide more information about your overall installation. Version # of L4OM. Are you using LOTW upload during close of L4OM? Some OMs have noted on the Forum that there are some instances of problems with Google drive if not updated or current.

SQLite of MySQL d/b? How many clusters do you have active? Are you using JTxx APPs? If so, which ones and how do you have them configured to connect to L4OM?

"5 lookup attempts per entry" ??? You need to explain this. Is this happening when you are manually entering a callsign into the Main UI/ Is the lookup attempt you noted on a per character entry or a full callsign?

You need to provide much more granular data about your installation to allow the team members to help decipher your situation and get a solution.
