Michel,

I've been trying to replicate the issues you noted in your post. I am also using the same version of L4OM that you are.

So far I can't replicate your problem.

Below is one of my tests.

Michel,

Tnx much. Dunno what is up with that, however I've seen where Lele is working with another OM regarding cluster display colors.

I can't say if related or not, but will make sure he is aware of this ... just in case.

Michel,

One more question ... Are you using one monitor or do you spread your various open window/panels out across multiple monitors?

Tnx. I was just curious as sometimes we've noted with multiple monitors some strange things can happen.

Michel,

Here is a suggestion from one of the Developers:

- Make a backup
- Uninstall
- Rename the config.json file located under: appdata/roaming/log4om2/user
- Reinstall Log4OM
- Take the config.json file you renamed and restore to the folder noted above after the reinstallation

It is possible something has happened with the new installation and seems to be focused on video display issues. We've not heard about this (specifically) and so far from other OMs so tend to think there is a video display/driver issue with your local machine(s).

Look into video display settings and/or firewall control issues as well.

Dang it. I was keeping my fingers crossed. I know Terry has looked at this thread and maybe he can come up with another clue.

BTW - Lele has just released another Beta ".3", but he was working on something else not (I don't think) related to what might impact your situation.

Michel,

Can you do a complete new setup please. Don't copy your JSON file in. Just do a quick basic install with as minimal info as you can get away with. Import your ADIF file and see if the problem persists?

If you still have a problem then we can restore your old setup info.

Thanks for your efforts on this. We are discussing it among the team members and will see what we can come up with. Very odd that two different machines are doing the same thing. We need to figure out the common denominator with this. As far as I know you are the only person having this issue but in all fairness many people do not use this tab.

Just want to check. Are you running screen scaling as one of your screenshots shows something in odd location?

Hello to all,

For information, I have exactly the same problems as Michel

I did the manipulation as suggested and it doesn't change anything

There is a test to do as well, make an ADIF export, then import it and look at the information by editing a QSO with "Edit QSO" and the information is missing in :
QSO Info Report "S & R" tab set to zero
My QTH tab empty
QSL Info tab empty
And yet present in the General Log

So, I reinstall version 2.20 without touching the config file and everything is OK
