Hello
I have some problem to save a new QSO
As a image that I attached ...I fill all information in the QSO box...but when I click the + button on the right of the monitor...all information in the box are deleted but the QSO will not save...
What is the problem?
Thank in advance

I´m shure that the QSO is saved if you hit the + and you don´t get any error message in a popup window.
Below the QSO list on the left you see the little refresh button. Hit it and the QSO list will be refreshed.

I would like to know if and how you solved the problem because the same thing is happening to me too.
I checked the archive where I save my logs and it is open for writing but I can't solve the problem
I saved a log normally but the next one was no longer saved, luckily I checked in Recent QSO's otherwise I wouldn't have even noticed.
Has anyone with the same problem solved it?

after having clicked on the link to Clublog on the CY9C site that I had just connected to, I unfortunately introduced a virus into my PC which is blocking all the folders on the system, changing them to read-only even though I correct them. obviously for this reason Log4OM cannot reach the database folder. so the problem must be looked for elsewhere and not on Log4OM. warning only to spread the information

Hi,
I moved my database in writable folder.
