Are all programs being 'Run as an administrator' ?

You don't need to "Forward UDP Messages" to Log4OM -- it doesn't know what to do with them anyways.
Don't know if turning that off will make any difference.
JTAlert already sends call sign and logging records.

Also why do you have the Secondary UDP Server turned on in WSJT-X? Is something listening on 2233?

I Tried running all programs as administrator but exact same scenario happens

I think i've resolved it by doing what i should have done in the first place I changed the order I loaded each program in the batch file putting Log4OM last everything working great now
