Multiple station calls and lotw credits

Hello
LOG4OM2 2.25.00 on Windows 10.
I have several station callsigns within one single log, but all contacts count for one single DXCC award program.
I have a discrepancy for granted credits totals between LOTW and LOG4OM (Award status - statistics).
I went on to manually assign the missing granted credits by editing each QSO manually under "Award Refs." This is when I noticed that all contacts which are lacking granted credits are from the old callsign.
The QSOs in the log have a proper respective station callsign for whatever period such calls were active. LOG4OM will, however, only download granted credits for main station callsign and it will ignore the other (older) station callsign.
I also tried uploading the ADIF file which I downloaded directly from LOTW and it includes credited contacts.
Is there a better (faster) way to reconcile granted credits mismatch between LOTW and LOG4OM ?
