for example -MW6PNW loc io82 must be IO81

Log4OM is providing that data available from QRZ and they are "correct" ... NOT "wrong". You are getting what is available and note the graf below that explains the differences you noting.

Log4OM is performing properly.

You do not appear to have at least an XML Data subscription with QRZ.com to get the more detailed level of such information. Otherwise you get a minimal data from QRZ.

You can try a 'free' login at HamQTH and you may get more granular data.

Below is an image of my lookup for MW6PNW, but note that I have an XML Data subscription with QRZ.com
