Missing Items on Hamlib

I am working with a Windows 7 PC and the current version of Log4OM.

When you go to the Setting->Program Configuration->Hardware Configuration -> CAT Interface Only some of the screen shows. Nothing below the Keyboard on the right-hand side.

When you go to the Setting->Program Configuration->Hardware Configuration -> CAT Interface -> Hamlib Only some of the screen shows. Nothing below the Polling Delay.

There is no way to scroll the window down to get to the remaining items. The resize option on the window does nothing.

This is a new installation. Everything else seems to be ok, although I have not tested every feature.

I don't have screenshots at the moment but I will try to get them. Does anyone have any ideas?

Think you might have windows running at more than 100% screen size - Display/scale & Layout

Thanks , Screen resolution change fixed it.
