Hi
I would like to bring an idea to your consideration.
Let's imagine the situation:
I turn on Log4OM, then for several reasons I need to get out from station, some hours later I come home and I would like to see if a given station had been announced in Cluster. Imagine that I would like to know if an expediton had been active or a given alert had been notified.
The idea is reproduce what we have in DxSummit in "Search"
If all that is not possible, at least to have a separator where all the alerts could be kept during a session would be excellent. (in my opinion)
We have five separators (F7 ... F11) what do you think to create a new one where the announced alerts could be kept. I think it is very useful, of course we already have an alert note in a window, however I think this function would be interesting, in other hand if we have several alerts I guess it would be easier to read with same layout we have in cluster but in a other separator having only the alerts.
Just an idea to think about or even better, to create other points in order to develope the concept.

Re: Alerts... Cluster ...
Hi manuel, the idea is interesting but i cannot see the point.
Cluster will keep the last 60 minutes of spot. Having a log of alert sent 3 hours ago, but not anymore on the cluster can be useful, but if the station is not spotted by 60' probably it's no more active...
i'm missing something?

Hi Daniele,
Thanks for your prompt answer.
If you permit I would like to call your attention one more time, for this situation:
Lets imagine we have 4 alerts ( or even more) one for XX0XX one for for ZZ0ZZ and other for YY0YY, AA0AA ...
We receive an alert for XX0XX, one minute later a second alert appears, but I am just making a qso I do not see the alert in screen, meanwhile a third alert comes on top I miss the second one ,... and so on...
How can I see alerts that I have not seen before?
The idea is to keep alerts in a list/place where I can check it later in order to know if I am missing anyone.
The idea is not mine, I have it in a software that I used before (Logic) and I found it very interesting.
It is not a priority for me, it is just a possible idea to enrich the excellent Log4Om.
Best regards to all.
