ARRL Director of Operations (Robert Naumann - w50v) has sent out an advisory that their IT Group will be doing some maintenance on the ARRL - LOTW network.

Time frame is: Friday - April 28, 2023 at 09:00 UTC (05:00 EDT).

Expected down-time is approximately 2-hours. He is expecting possible backups/queues of submitted QSOs.
