As best I can determine PST Rotator setup is pretty self-explanatory. Settings / Configuration / Antenna Rotator ...

You can search the PDF, but to give you a boost check on Page 175 for PST Rotator.

As for MSHV you can start looking on Page 216 of the User Guide.
