Can't access most of my log in Log4OM

I have 18,600 QSOs on Log4OM that show at the bottom left as my QSO count, but I can only access the last few years (perhaps a few thousand). They don't show up using QSL manager or QSO manager when I try to confirm ops requesting a qsl. Do I have a filter set in config that is preventing this?

I have a log on LOTW but it won't show my QSL activity. Any ideas?
