eQSL confirmation discrepancy

Hi,
I am working usually via Satellites and a valid QSO confirmation requires the submode "SAT". Unfortunately, several OMs are not aware of this and send me eQSL's with that missing submode. As a result, the QSO remains unconfirmed in eQSL which is correct. The problem is, that Log4OM doesn't take care of this and shows me in Log4OM: Eqsl Received "Yes"
It seems to me that Log4OM doesn't read from eQSL webpage the information if a QSO is confirmed or unconfirmed. Rather it looks like that Log4OM is doing an own check and this check doesn't consider the SubMode.
